~sunday~

this morning is abit different. instead of usually being fetched to go futsing, i drove and fetch shawn to futsing. we supposed to go there to meet our mentor joyce for discipling class. we had breakfast at the coffeeshop nearby and went to the classroom for our discipling.

today's class was quite... i think i abit tired (plus cold) so never really catched it totally but still got abit of understanding lah. after the discipling was morning sermon.

lunch was at longhouse with richard, joyce, seok hwee, timothy and siyin. after lunch went down to vivo city. it's big and super crowded lor. even the parking lots also hard to find. alot of shops and very spacious. good place to go but not on weekends :P

after vivo was marina square. went there to get prezzie. after sending siyin home, i went down to tampines for evening sermon. today's power night and kevin told me in the morning if i going today then pray for him. well asked and you shall be given :) anyway it's a pleasure to do this favour for him cause he has helped me before too.

some thoughts adapted from today's power night...

1. God created us just to love us and God loves us despite of the mistakes we made
2. believe in what Jesus says and the impossible will hapeen. it is His method that works and not ours. (refer to John 2)
3. we often seek for Jesus to help us in a certain way, but Jesus do more than what we ask for and turns the impossible possible. (refer to John 5)
4. when something happens, we say if only the Lord comes earlier, then this will not happen. you are glad of a great past, you believe in a bright future, but where did you place Jesus at present? (refer to John 11)
